Meet Alli and Amy.

Alli

Born and raised in Chappaqua, New York, Alli attended Indiana University before spending 20 years in the classroom as a teacher. These days she calls South Florida home, where she’s been happily married for 20 years and is mom to three, with one at Penn State and another about to head off to college.

Along the way, she found a second career for her creativity in design and social media, working with retail and fashion brands. In her extra time, she works with young adults with autism, a cause close to her heart, and somehow still finds time to lead a Golden Retriever meetup. Her secret to keeping it all going? An ice-cold Diet Coke, which is basically her lifeblood.

Amy Frank

Born and raised in New Jersey, Amy attended Tufts University in Boston before starting her career at Grey Advertising in New York City. In 2007, she traded city life for sunshine and moved to South Florida, where she’s raising her teenage son and daughter.

She teaches yoga, Pilates, and barre classes locally and loves helping people feel stronger and more at home in their bodies. Outside the studio, you can usually find her with a dog nearby and a Diet Coke in hand.
